This week I worked on Garage Band producing my edit.
I then noticed that I had spelt something wrong in my credits and had to go back to Final Cut and correct the spelling.
I am happy with my edit and I am very happy with my music that I have chosen to end my movie. I think it ties in with the genre and creates a mood that is needed.
I corrected a few errors that became apparent in my movie in Final Cut Pro when I was back into it.
I am happy with the few changes I made to my edit and now am going to drag it back into Garage Band and hope all the songs still match up. A few adjustments may need to be made. I still need to record voices for the outside scene as you can not hear anything.
Mr Andrews showed me how to adjust music in Garage Band so it fades in and out which will be useful so the music does not just stop, which sounds weird.
I have big expectations with my Movie and I am now starting to realize that it is really good (apart from my acting).
I think Katie did a really good job as her character. My favorite scene is the end when they are walking away and Katie is talking to Emily. I think that was a very good scene that Katie did. I also love the funeral scene when Emily Birch is reading from the Bible. I think that is really good and the background is nice. With the chirping birds and trees, its very peaceful and suits the scene.
There are a few scenes that I am not happy with... The one with Emily running through the house. I personally believe the lighting is to dark.
I love my movie! I am so proud of it even though I know it is not the best job that could be done and I hope I can use all of its potential to the highest possibility.
TO DO List:
I need to record for outside scenes.
I need to finish correcting all my things in Final Cut Pro and then drag it back into Garage Band.
I need to update my blog and make reflections more detailed.
I need to add some back gorund music for my edit in Garage Band and etc...
