A long street is empty at 8pm apart from one lonely teenage girl wondering up to the big elegant house on the end of the culdesac. The camera shows her walking along the footpath in a wide angle. A quirky song is playing, as to say it’s a normal night. The girl reaches the door and the camera zooms into her confused face when nobody replies to her knock. Quirky song continues but has an extra drum beat in it. The camera then zooms in on the door handle as she reaches for it and turns it, the camera shows the girls surprise that it is open. A scary suspenseful music is played. It starts low but grows louder as she enters the house to find it dark. She aimlessly wonders around the empty corridors form room to room to find her friend Hayley. Suspenseful music continues but gets louder in a quick flash when she sees something on the floor in the study. The girl’s heart beat and breathing is heard as she walks over to the motionless body lying on the floor. She uses the desk for support as she starts to cry. Camera is zooming in on the body on the floor and then back to girls face when suddenly vibration is heard and then a loud high pitched ringing fills the silence of the house. The camera zooms into the girl’s pocket that is lit from a mobile phone as the girl desperately reaches into her pocket for it. The camera follows the phone as it is raised out of the pocket and up to the girl’s eyes. The phones screen is read as ‘unknown’ and the camera darts back up to the girl’s face that is dimly lit by the mobile phone. The girl quickly presses reject and focuses her attention on the body. The girl hears creaks and cracks as she crouches down to the ground by the desk. She crawls over to the body and keeps looking over her shoulder in a frantic way. The girl slowly and carefully rolled over the body and suspenseful music is played. The girl screams in horror as she rests her head face down next to Hayley’s. She holds the bodies’ stiff cold hand as the sobs loudly trying to pull herself together when she hears loud footsteps behind her. The girl’s body stiffens as she hears this sound. The camera shows the man behind the girl entering through the arch. The girl raises herself up puts Hayley’s loose hair behind her ear. The man said calmly in a deep voice, “You are very brave. Coming into this house because you were worried about Hayley. Obviously it did her no good.” The camera zooms from his dark outline nodding towards Hayley to the girls face; she has tears streaming down her face, is biting her lip and looking down, still holding Hayley’s hand. “You probably should have answered that call though. I was trying to tell you that I was coming for you.” The man said mockingly. The girl kissed Hayley’s forehead as she placed her hands by her side before standing up and slowly turning around. Suspenseful music is played faintly in the background as the girl screams hysterically at the sight of him. He had a smirk on his face and was ready for whatever the girl was going to try and do to him. She threw herself at him screaming in anger; he fell to the ground beside Hayley and touched her blonde hair. “She is very pretty.” He said teasingly as a creepy smirk consumed his face. The girl yelled, “Don’t touch her!” as she threw herself onto the ground on top of him, punching his face. “You shouldn’t have done that.” Said the man angrily, he pushed me off him and got of the ground clenching his fists tightly together. He walked over to the girl grinning as he started to kick her stomach. The camera is from bellow and shows how the man towered over the helpless girl. Breathing is heard and a heart beat of the girl. He stood on the girl’s hand and tripped, you could her the bones breaking in the hand. The girl slowly pulled herself up looking around slowly. All that is heard is her breathing as she runs down the corridor and out the front door down the street and to the next door neighbours house. It is a long shot of the girl running, cradling her arm and wiping the tears away from her eyes. You hear the bashing of her fist on the neighbours front door and screaming in pain, as you hear more bones breaking. A man opens the door in a dressing gown rubbing his eyes sleepily and the girl points to the house she had come from and says through her last breaths, “Help! A man killed my friend and did this to me!” The man looks shocked but runs back into his house, grabs a baseball bat and screams to his wife to call the police. The girl collapses on their porch and the shot goes black. Through the darkness sirens and a faint whisper is heard, “Everything is going to be alright. You are safe now.”
